Last Updated: November 2025
Welcome to JMD Investment & Commodities Trading (JMDICT). By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. General
JMDICT operates as an institutional merchant specializing in project financing, paymaster, and escrow services for large-scale development projects. All payments and transactions are exclusively for approved institutional services, project allocations, and contractual disbursements. No consumer retail or e-commerce activity is conducted.
2. Services
All services offered by JMDICT are contractual, institutional, and project-based, involving programmatic disbursements to pre-vetted entities such as United Nations agencies, government ministries, and private-sector development partners. No physical goods or consumer products are sold.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed via our Institutional 3D Payment Gateway API and acquiring bank. Transactions are high-value, low-frequency, and utilize pre-authorization mechanisms (including 4- or 6-digit authorization codes) for secure card-not-present (CNP) settlements. All transactions undergo multi-level verification and institutional approval.
4. Compliance & Security
JMDICT maintains a fully transparent, audit-ready compliance environment aligned with global KYC, AML, CFT, FATCA, and sanctions-screening standards. In accordance with these standards, JMDICT may request identification, documentation, or verification from all institutional counterparties and beneficiaries prior to any transaction.
5. Liability
JMDICT is not responsible for delays caused by banking networks, payment processors, gateways, or external financial institutions. All transactions must be authorized by designated, pre-approved personnel of the institutional client.
6. Amendments
JMDICT reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
